The sweepstakes is sponsored by TRAVELING TURNBERRYS LLC, located at 14681 Biscayne Blvd, #343, North Miami Beach, FL, 33160 (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram) or Google LLC.
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, venue management, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
The Sweepstakes consists of two separate drawing periods:
Promotion 1 (Jay Siegel’s Tokens): Begins on September 25, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on October 8, 2026.
Promotion 2 (Norman Fox & The Rob Roys): Begins on October 12, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on October 28, 2026.
There are two (2) ways to enter:
Method A (Automatic Entry via Ticket Purchase): Individuals who purchase a ticket to the December 5, 2026 Holiday Harmony show during the applicable Promotion Period (as well as all individuals who purchased early-bird tickets prior to the start date) will receive one (1) automatic entry into the corresponding drawing. Tickets purchased on or before October 3, 2026, will automatically be entered into BOTH Promotion 1 and Promotion 2 drawings.
Method B (Alternate Method of Entry – Free via Mail): To enter without making a purchase, legibly hand-write your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a standard 3″x5″ card or piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to: Traveling Turnberrys VIP Entry, 14681 Biscayne Blvd, #343, North Miami Beach, FL.
For Promotion 1, mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 3, 2026, and received by October 8, 2026. For Promotion 2, mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 24, 2026, and received by October 29, 2026.
Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of the method of entry.
Promotion 1 Prize: One (1) winner will receive a backstage Meet & Greet for themselves and one (1) guest with Jay Siegel’s Tokens prior to the December 5, 2026 performance. (ARV: $0.00).
Promotion 2 Prize: One (1) winner will receive a backstage Meet & Greet for themselves and one (1) guest with Norman Fox & The Rob Roys prior to the December 5, 2026 performance. (ARV: $0.00).
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each respective drawing. Total ARV of all prizes is less than $5,000.00 USD; therefore, this Sweepstakes is not subject to New York State bonding and registration requirements. Prizes do not include transportation, lodging, or a ticket to the concert. If entered via the free method, the winner may only access the backstage area for the duration of the Meet & Greet unless a concert ticket is purchased separately. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing for Promotion 1 will occur on or about October 10, 2026 (to allow for mail-in entries to arrive). The drawing for Promotion 2 will occur on or about October 31, 2026. Winners will be notified via the email or phone number used to enter. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, venue management, performing artists, and their respective affiliates from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for event cancellations, delays, or artist unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances or acts of God.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising out of this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York.
